Image description

The summer rains have started to really fall. We planted a big vegitable garden, a little late. We probably should have planted rice.

Brian is talking a lot and can almost sit. He is really a lot of fun.

Katharine and Chris found Santo Jesús Malverde weak and dying in an alley in Sai Kung. We supposed he was a baby girl bald eagle and needed some help so nursed him back with chopped cat-food and hamburger in an eye dropper. Now he eats heaps of meal worms from chop sticks every few hours and he is growing really fast; and he is starting to resemble a wild Mynah Bird. We plan to set Malverde free when he is old enough to fly, however he needs a mom to teach him to find bugs in the wild, and Daisy refuses.
