* Backyard in North Hollywood getting boat prepared for big vacation to Tiburon Island. Journey included U. Paul, U.Bob, Bill Kathy Billy age 4? Annette Age 3? And Tio…swimming lab

* U. Paul’s dog was named Tio…lake in Tucson…before crossing border

* Boat trip out to Tiburon…25 miles from Puerto Kino

* U. Bob w/ island chucawallas

* U’Paul’s famous big feet

* View of the bay we camped on at Tiburon

* Trolling with our trout lines…

* Boat returning from trip over to get gas on mainland…u.Paul skied all 25 miles

* Yes’ that’s your mom with braids and Immaculate Heart College sweat shirt.

* Collected shells and pelican head at San Estaban island where the boat when aground while U. Bob and boys were collecting lizards in back country…Brave Billy….afraid on nothing

* View of where we might have been marooned if it wasn’t for U Paul’s big cowboy boots to help bend the rudder bace to steerable position.

* While the big boys worked on the boat repairs…resulting from tide going out too far and smashing the rudder….Billy explores and finds seagull eggs.

* Long day at San Estaben ends and we return to Tiburon camp.

* Next day…a stop at tiny San Pedro Martir (special lizards live there and while Paul and Bob go hunting we find ourselves in a feeding frenzy of fish…fish so big they nipped all the lures on our trout lines and we never felt a thing…. Note the birds coming to participate in the free for all.

* No we didn’t catch those fish…, they did, and they charged up our battery, too because the alternator went out…

* Ow those rocks were sharp so Daddy helps the kids to shore.

* Bill and I took a romantic walk around to the next bay from us…must have been around sunset.

* Looking back at the bay where our boat was once again trapped in the low tide.

* Victims of the vernal equinox Indians and a few drunk Arizona fishermen helped to pull the boat over the sand and on to the trailer…we created quite a scene….then finally the Boat in the palo verde tree adventure making it a total loss because of injuries sustained.

* Billy and dad are looking forward a long repair job…

* Returned home to Camellia ave. tree climbing and boat repairs of Mis-adventure. U. Paul looks about 16. So many funny moments during the fiberglass phase.

* Back yard party with neighbor kids and Bain boys. That’s Mary Baine in curlers.

* Father’s day gift of painting boat trailer from me…

* Now Louie Gigerich helping with the motor rebuild…and Billy.

* Clinger kids next door playing on the water slide in back yard.

* Section of white leder devides N. Holly from San Rafael and first views of new house…where we lived for the next 35 yrs.

* Luna, our dog who was born when Neil Armstrong walked on the moon…had her puppies here…before Paul was born…We were pregnant at the same time! U. Paul helped clear poision oak from the overgrown front yard…What a hero he was!

* House remodel and garden clean up took place at the same time with Billy and Annette supervising every step of the way.

* Foundation being poured for the down stairs bedroom…B & A were right on top of things, as was Luna.

* Clearing rocks from the front yard to make a garden. Child labor begins here.

* Seems like the ground sprouted more rock

* Strong young brick haulers…with the super red wagon.

* Wow the house is almost done time for Paul to show up, but first the St. Raphael’s haloween parade…Boy as ghost is Billy… Annette is purple princess with long braids. Trick or treat.

* Here are the puppies…. Where is Paul y wog?

* Remember the dog house that Dad and Grampa Earl built in N. Hollywood?

* Tommy Quivstgaard and Sean Cooney

* U. Paul liked them too…Think this is where Annette decided to become a vet?

* Marin General hospital view…yep. Paul finally came out! Blury baby, but he had lots of hair…10lbs

* Big hail storm in San Rafael when we came home from the hospital…

* U. Paul at it again helping in the yard

* Yes paul y wog wore pink hand me down clothes from Annette…AND he had the cutest curls. Fiorst steps, but he could move much faster at the crawl.

* Shannon Fitzpatrick his first friend…Blacky is the dog next door.

* Removing the stumps so we could have a back yard lawn.

* You would find Paul in some of the oddest places…usually dangerous.

* Little League Parade in San Rafael.

* Back to work on the back lawn. Got sprinklers, now all we need is seed.

* Cub Scouts coming for mtgs at our house…only rule was if you fall out of the tree, I’ll be mad.

* Camping on side of Petaluma river when dad stepped on the nail, and Billy, Annette and one of the Cooney kids swam across.

* Home on the deck…the shed becaue a fort of sorts… Laurie, Julie, and Annette playing with plastic horses…

* Grandmo came when Paul was six months old to be sure he was baptized. (out of order clip…but we took a great ride around Marin County with her… I can still hear her saying ‘my my’ the beer can is a memento of the baptism day…

* Then we all visited Paul at the School house in St. Helena, and gave him the dog “OHNO!”

* Our Christmas tree in Rafael…looks like Santa Brought a violin.

* Cousins Tommy & Christina Cramer and Wogs in the tub.

* How the Bezy family spent a lot of time in one bed.

* Annette’s b-day…mst have been 6 or seven

* Cub scouts are getting bigger

* Verde River in Arizona.

* Bonti…does he look young…They must have been visiting Phoenix

* Pg. gets dark for a minute, then we have some shots of Rocket at the stable in Novato. Annette was 9 by that time.. We al helped out with the horsey bath. Anette didn’t get a saddle for another two years.

* More white leader… then a trip to the White Mts…going back in history. Dad was in New York on business and Billy, Annette and mommy went to Arizona to visit Grandma Roberta and Grampa Earl. Lots of fishin’ and exploring . Logging camps in the high country…big machinery all the things kids love to watch working. Plus a great time with grand parents.

* Grampa and Billy at Luna Lake to fish….or was it Judd’s lake?

* Remember how grampa would say that it rained every afternoon to ‘freshen up the fish’. This trip must have happened before the one to Mexico with Mis-adventure. At the end there are photos of the boat in U. Bob Wyly’s garage when we bought it and trailered it home to N. Hollywood.

* Open range horses stopped by Judd’s cabin for treats.

* Another trip to Phoenix and First look at the new boat….soon to be named Mis-adventure….

* Playing in the O’Neill’s back yard in Phoenix.

Annette has the next set of 8mm movies that included all the trinity photos and adventures
