  Dear Bill

Picked up the Healey today with the help of 4 Go-jacks ( the brakes seemed frozen)

We will begin by cleaning it up, steam cleaning etc.

I will report to you our findings in the near future

Dear Bill,

Thanks for the note. Here are some updated photos. As you can see the car is almost completely apart & ready to go to the sand blaster to remove rust etc.before we begin welding new metal into the previously rusted areas. We fired up the engine, it seems ok, but I expect it will need resealing.

All the best,

Julian

Dear Bill

Attached please find recent photos of Healey. Now that the body has had all the rust blasted away there are quite a few areas that need new metal. the rust was mainly confined to the floor areas and all the areas above that level are very solid.

        Happy Holidays

Dear Bill

All the floors & chassis are repaired. I have attached photos of the chassis rails & floors.

Hope everything is going well for you in the New Year.

    All the Best

Dear Bill,

I think we are probably close to half way to completion.  We are at present working on repairing existing repairs to fenders, doors, & bonnet, I think we will have to find a new left hand front fender & a new trunk lid as they are too badly damaged. The front & rear aluminum shrouds are being worked on to repair damaged areas, particularly the left headlight area damage & the area behind the rear bumper where there has been a substantial amount of bondo applied in the past.

Have you decided on a color yet? You may also want to consider painting the engine bay & inner panels either body color or black while we are on the subject of color choices.

All the Best

Julian

Hi Bill,

The car is making good progress: the restoration, or perhaps resurrection would be a better term, of the bodywork is coming together well. We are waiting for some aluminum front shroud parts to arrive from the UK and as soon as we have fitted them we will be able to paint the car.

Attached are two recent photos and I will send the latest invoice later today.

    Regards

    Julian

Hi Bill

Everything is going well here. The car is at the paint shop and may be

painted by the time of your visit.

If we aim for completion around the beginning of the new year, this should

be realistic.

All The Best

Julian
